Everything is part of the cycle with the water overflow being used to irrigate and the excess grain feed to their hungry Angus Beef hoard. Be part of the process from paddock to pint with a tour of the brewing plant followed by hops harvesting in the field before enjoying some craft beer tasting from their award-winning local range. We then transfer to the Taphouse in Moss Vale to indulge in a beer matched lunch with time to explore the artisan precinct of this country town. We anticipate having you back in Circular Quay by 5pm. Learn about local mushroom species - Slippery Jacks and Saffron Milk Caps - and receive our take home guide. After you harvest your mushrooms enjoy a cook up in the forest where you learn how to cook as well as taste our pine mushroom species with fresh local sour dough, make new friends, warm up with piping hot coffee and this year we are adding in cool climate wine tastings as well to showcase some of the great local pinots in our region. Its a wonderful day out. Self-Drive meeting our Master Forager at the Penrose State Forest, Southern Highlands at 10.00am and finishing by 1pm.
