As we enter the last month of Winter, and begin preparing for our annual Feast of the Beast this September, we wanted to share a recipe which brings people together to celebrate the seasons and honour the feast.

Nothing beats the smell of whole pigs roasting over the fire but just in case that is not an option for you, this oven recipe is just as delicious. Serve with your favourite roast vegetables, some great mulled wine as well as family and friends.
